In this class, you will learn Yoga poses, combined with breathing techniques, which will help induce a state of relaxation. No prior experience is needed; wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to bend and stretch. All props are provided by the facility, but you may want to bring your own Yoga mat if you have one.

Please plan to join us … even if you are new to Yoga, or are an experienced student, you will still come away with poses that can help you learn to relax.
